    Usually most of the spinach varieties have the properties to reduce hair loss. Hair loss can be caused by many reasons like iron deficiency, stress, body heat,, gene etc. Apply coconut oil regularly and eat fenugreek leaves to reduce body heat.

  7. Very exhaustive varieties of spinach. We have one tall shrub variety in Kerala called 'kurumaani keerai'. I think we also used to refer it as Ceylon Keerai. We grow it on the hedges. Would you have any info on that?
